Back by popular demand, the Squadron is excited to once again host our Car Boot Sale as part of the Australia-wide Garage Sale Trail! Join us on Sunday, 17th November, from 8am to 12pm for a fun-filled day of bargain hunting and community spirit.
There are plenty of ways to get involved:
- Volunteer – We need marshals to direct stallholders, BBQ cooks, and coffee makers to help keep the event running smoothly. As a bonus, volunteers get a site for free!
- Hold a Stall – Got items you no longer need? For just $15, secure a site, or pay $20 to have a trestle table provided. Sell anything from sailing gear, gadgets, and appliances to clothes, camping gear, or even old sails!
- Grab a Bargain - Come along and see what treasures you can find! From sailing gear to household items, there's sure to be something for everyone.
- Car Wash Fundraiser – Support the Sandy Bay Sailing Club Junior Committee by getting your car washed, with all proceeds going towards their junior programs.
- Enjoy a Egg & Bacon Roll or Coffee – Even if you're not buying or selling, stop by for a BBQ egg & bacon roll or a coffee and soak in the vibrant atmosphere.
