Members $140 / Non Members $155 The Marine Radio Operators VHF Certificate of Proficiency (MROVCP) is designed for those who are only carrying and/or operating a Very High Frequency (VHF) (Short Range) radio. Successful completion of the exam qualifies you to receive the MROVCP certificate. Course fee includes manual and examination.
