DSS races can be entered by completing this form by the Wednesday prior the race commencement. Payment must be received to the Squadron office by the race start to be a valid starter.

Conditions of Entry	That it is the sole and exclusive responsibility of each yacht to decide whether or not to start in a race, or once having started, whether to continue to race. The owner/skipper acknowledges the possibility that risks will be created by or associated with the following and accept those risks: (a) the perils of the sea; (b) the seaworthiness or otherwise of any yacht participating; (c) the participation, including negligent participation, by all persons associated with Club races, including participation as owner, skipper, crew person, race organiser or otherwise. (d) the defaults, acts and omissions of the Conducting Clubs, and their officers, and crews of yachts. The owner/skipper acknowledges that the Organising Clubs do not, and cannot, control, diminish or affect the perils of the sea. The owner/skipper acknowledges that the conducting Clubs do not certify or carry out inspections with respect to the seaworthiness or suitability of any yacht. Participation by the yacht and by the crew is agreed on the basis that participation is entirely at the risk of the owner/skipper and each member of the crew. The owner/skipper will advise each crew member or proposed crew member of the details these Conditions of Entry. I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing, by YA Prescriptions thereto, by the Sailing Instructions, by the Class Rules, by the Rules of the respective Regatta Association, all other Rules that govern the events and the provisions of the Club Registration Form which I have lodged and / or revalidated. I also declare that my yacht complies with the Safety Requirements of the appropriate part of the YA Safety Regulations, as listed in Clause 2, the safety Requirements of the appropriate Statutory Authority and the Safety Requirements of the Class Rules.
